Mobile Health Screening & Campaign on Cardiovascular Diseases (CVD): INDIVIDUAL & CORPORATE
SPONSORSHIP We are happy to invite Organizations and Individuals to sponsor
the on-going Nation-wide Diaspora Health Screening & Enlightenment Campaign
on Cardiovascular Diseases. This campaign is at the instance of Nigerian Diaspora Medical
Professionals with Urah You may be aware that cases of heart attack, stroke, hypertension, obesity, high cholesterol levels, and arthritis are on a daily rise with
its attendant family trauma and lost of skilled manpower to the Nation. This
awareness campaign is therefore timely as The results from the just concluded two-week exercise is uncomfortably
in agreement with the recent WHO’s assertion that 80% of deaths from
Cardiovascular diseases occur in developing countries due to lack of awareness
and resources for disease management. Over 80% of the participants who attended
the screening had little or no idea about cardiovascular risk factors and over 50%
of moderate/High risk participants did not even know they were at a risk. It is in response to the urgent need to expand the Screening &
Public enlightenment program to benefit more Nigerians that the Mobile Screening
& Campaign Program has now been put in place to address this National
concern. A number of Hospitals across the country have signed-on this program to give
local logistic support to the campaign within their locations. We therefore invite organizations and individuals with the heart for
the community to help subsidize the cost of this campaign through sponsorship
of the Mobile Health Screening & Enlightenment Campaign in any Local
Government Council of choice. Sponsorship benefits include free advert space & logo in Campaign Booklet, posters & banners; complements on radio announcements, logo or name on T-shirt, venue decoration and more. Kindly
complete the Sponsorship Confirmation Form and send
